My Land lord always complain every time I complain about there house. What should I do?

They told me to move and look for new place to live if I’m not satisfied or maybe too expensive for me the rent. The house I’m renting has some windows. Has asbestos in the basement. Do I have to report them to Housing Authority.

You could report them, but if they find enough problems, they will condemn the building and you’d be out anyway.

Yopu can either report him of fix the problems yourself. If you fix them keep all receipts and refuse to pay rent until he gives you back the money. You’ll have to put your rent money in an escrow account in the bank in both your and his name that way the money is there and he can’t get it out until repairs are done and seeing htat you have the rent money, he can’t legally evict you.
Personally I’d really consider moving, he sounds like a real dick.

best you move or their going to hike up your rent soon cause they obviously don’t like you and you don’t like their building.
now is a good time to search for a cheaper rental, costs are going down.
finding a new place is much easier than spending time in court.
