If you think there may be a chance get a building inspector out first, I don&#039;t know if kapok was invented then (bean bag balls), also lead in paint is another big concern, a neighbour of mine is dying from working with asbestos and my brother just renovated his attic and he had to carry down buckets of lead from there before he could even do anything with it, now its heritage listed so he can&#039;t do anymore improvements. so please be really careful before you start, hope this helps you, goodluck! :)</description>
