Can popcorn ceilings really give you cancer 20 years later?

Asbestos
Some pieces of my popcorn ceiling fell off while I was hanging something up and I’m very worried that I inhaled some of it. I’m not 100% sure if it has asbestos in it or not, it’s a very old apartment building in san diego.

I’ve been exposed to asbestos?

Asbestos
I dry-scraped about 200 vinyl-asbestos tiles without protection.
I’m really scared right now because of this. The worst part is that I won’t know till 10-40 years from now if I will get cancer or anything.
