asbestos spill in calgary?

i have to do a project on an asbestos spill in calgary that involved i believe but not sure Browining Ferris Industries and i believe was responsable for the dumping of 2840 tonnes (or at least around there) in that area. unfortunately i do not know more than this and i am having a lot of trouble finding any information on the topic. if any one knows anything could you let me know with a link

Sounds pretty obscure, and if it happened awhile ago the articles referring to it might have been purged from the news websites already. You might try contacting Environment Canada:
They might be able to direct you to someone who knows something about the incident(s).
