    You should hire people with experience in this area, there are proper procedures for removing and disposing of Asbestos.

    you should hire an asbestos abatement team. They are trained in how to remove it without exposure. Do not risk trying to do it yourself because it is very dangerous, especially if the particles are spiral or spherical shaped as they lodge in your lungs and cannot be removed.
