found out i worked for over 2 years in a office building that is going to be torn down soon but the city has to hire a company to remove all the asbestos. could i be at risk of anything from having worked in the building for 12 hours a day for over two years

If the asbestos in your workplace was installed properly and not disturbed, you should have no reason to worry. The asbestos is usually encased in walls, ceilings, ect, and not directly open to the air. It only becomes a problem when there is construction or demolition that uncovers the asbestos, disturbs it, and releases the stuff into the air.
