Asbestos
i live in a rented apartment, about 2 months ago a pipe in the bathroom was repaired (asbestos pipe) and it was cut with a powered disc, i was in another room while it happened (and wasn’t aware of the danger) and i cleaned the apartment after the repair. (the pipe was cut in half and a plastic pipe was put instead of the cut half). i read in the internet about asbestos dust and i’m pretty freaked about my exposure to it. do i have anything to worry about since it was a single time exposure? should i be worried with the cut pipe in the bathroom?
it’s probably asbestos-cement, and now i know that it’s so dangerous, i wasn’t aware to the issue before and i can’t change what happend, the landlord brought the contractor who fixed it.

They do not make pipes from asbestos. You need to be more specific

asbestos is very dangerous and the piece that was removed should have been removed and disposed of properly. the area should have been encased in plastic with hepa vacs and reverse air flow so that no particles could become air borne.
